					<description><![CDATA[<p>計劃擬定之後趕緊找了個晴朗的下午，搭乘捷運前往南門市場，目標便是採購「萬有全」的帶骨金華火腿和北海道的乾干貝。老闆相當仔細地解釋著不同部位所熬出湯頭的差異；再提醒我先以雞架骨或是豬大骨長時間熬成高湯後，再加入要品嚐的雞肉部位，小熬個把鐘頭。如此一來不僅可以熬出濃郁美味的湯頭，還能保有雞肉的口感。</p>
