					<description><![CDATA[<p>離家出外求學工作後，也曾依樣畫葫蘆地熬上幾次高湯，每次都讓自己揮汗如雨略顯狼狽，久而久之便減少製作這一類高湯的次數。不過卻也沒有因此虧待了挑剔的舌頭，只要手邊有昆布，便能在炎熱的夏天以相對優雅的姿態準備好清爽卻又不失美味的高湯。</p>
